At Bearbrick all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and duties.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, from day to day. We reserve the right for out-of-stock items.
Return
At Bearbrick.dk offers a 14-day return policy. Your return must be made without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will bear all direct costs associated with returning the item. You are responsible for the condition of the item from the moment you receive it.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received; that is, in original packaging, with no signs of being opened or tampered with seals.
Please include your order number in the package.
If you do not pick up the package
If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will deduct a fee of 49 DKK from your order.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. If the item has been opened, we consider it to be 'used,' and you cannot get a refund of the purchase amount.
We consider goods that are opened, without commercial value, and the depreciation will therefore be assessed at 99.99%.
To receive a refund, the packaging must remain unopened, and the item must be unused.

Return

Made to Order products (custom-made items)
Certain products on bearbrick.dk are custom-made and only produced after an order is placed (Made to Order). The following applies to these products:
• The right of withdrawal and return do not apply to Made to Order products, cf. Consumer Contracts Act § 18, paragraph 2, no. 3, as the item is made according to the consumer's specifications or has a clear personal touch.
• This includes all 400% and 1000% Bearbrick models, which are ordered specifically for the customer.
• The right to complain (24 months) still applies in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act.
It is clearly indicated on each product page if a product is Made to Order.
Right of complaint
For purchases of goods, a 24-month warranty in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act is naturally provided.
You must complain within a reasonable time about defects or damages.
This means that you can get your money back, have the item replaced, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific damage to the item caused by the customer's handling, which is not covered by the right of complaint. We recommend that you complain as soon as you discover the defect.
If the complaint is justified, Bearbrick will cover reasonable shipping costs.
