Bearbrick.dk will send your order within 1-2 business days.
We use delivery with Shipmondo.dk, whereby you can freely choose your form of delivery that suits your needs and desires.

Follow your package

Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace number by mail.

Should it happen against all expectations that an ordered package is not in stock, you will receive immediately receiving notification of this.

Cancellation right

You have as a consumer 14 days of compassionate when shopping at Bearbrick.dk

The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after you receive your item. You must contact within 14 days of receipt, notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. This must be done on our mail:Info@Bearbrick.dk

In your mail, it must be made clear that you want to make use of your right of withdrawal.

 

Return

With Bearbrick.dk is there 14 days return policy. Your return must be done without undue delay, and within 14 days of notifying us that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You will have to incur all direct costs associated with returning the item. You bear the responsibility for the booth on the item, from the time you receive the item.

If you don't pick up the package

If you do not pick up your package and it will be returned to us, we will deduct a fee of 49,- from your order.

Item's condition on return

No right of withdrawal
